The Subscriber is authorized to copy Non-Functional Content published on the Site for Subscriber use only, provided that any such copy shall retain all HIDENET.COM , copyright, watermark and/or any other proprietary notices, as well as any disclaimer contained therewith.
Subject to any other Terms or Conditions herein, the Subscriber is authorized to:
a) use the Services and browse and search the Content;
b) download and temporarily store insubstantial portions of Content to a storage device within the Subscriber’s exclusive control, solely:
i) to display internally the Non-Functional Content; and

If HIDENET.COM needs to contact you at any time, it will do so using the latest email address you have supplied and you agree that HIDENET.COM will have no obligation to take any other steps to find a correct address for you. You alone are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your user ID, passwords and IP address for which access is granted as well as the confidentiality of any actions undertaken in regard to the identification, password or IP address authentication process.
You agree to be responsible for:
(a) maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords, IP address for which access has been granted or other account identifiers which you choose or are assigned as a result of any registration or subscription on the Site; and
(b) all activities that occur under your password, IP address for which access has been granted or your account.
Moreover, you are responsible for immediately notifying HIDENET.COM about any unauthorized use of your user ID, passwords, IP address access and any other security breach, as well as for taking every possible precaution to ensure that you use the Services under optimal security conditions. If you suspect that an unauthorized person knows your password you must change it immediately.
HIDENET.COM will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your failure to comply with these requirements concerning registration, accounts, passwords and IP address access.
8. Subscription Agreement
Special offers notwithstanding, all Subscribers agree to pay the annual fee corresponding to their level of membership for their use of the Services. You will be charged the initial subscription fee as soon as your subscription application has been submitted. You will receive a message confirming the start of your one-year paid subscription and you will have access to your account in accordance with its terms.
Renewal of Subscription
You will begin to receive notifications regarding the time left in your one-year subscription prior to its end. You will be required to complete a renewal subscription agreement. You will receive a message confirming your subscription. Your renewed subscription will begin on the date your previous subscription ended, not on the date you submitted your renewal subscription agreement.
Special Offers
HIDENET.COM may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, grant special offers including but not limited to reduced annual fees or a free trial period, These special offers supersede the subscription terms for the duration of the offer, are offered on an ‘as is’ basis, and are subject to change without warning.
Fee Changes
HIDENET.COM reserves the right to change any fee charged for use of the Services at any time, and will post the revised fees on the Site. If you are a current User, you will only be affected by the fee change when renewing your subscription, at which time the then-current fee will apply.
Failure to Renew
If you fail to pay the required subscription fee by the date your subscription expires, your access to the Services will be revoked and your account will be restricted. Restricted accounts will be prevented from viewing or altering any data in their account. HIDENET.COM will have no further obligation to grant further access to the Services or to provide you with additional information unless and until the subscription is renewed.
The information in your account will stay on file with HIDENET.COM for a period of no longer than one year in the event that you decide not to renew your subscription. After this additional year, your account will be subject to deletion as per the policy outlined in Retention of Data, below.
Payment Policy
(i) Chargeback Policy: In the event of a disputed credit card charge resulting in a chargeback, HIDENET.COM reserves the right to suspend all Services until your account is paid in full.
(ii) HIDENET.COM will accept payment in the form of a cheque and wire transfer.
9. Use and Monitoring of Site
You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations when using the Site. You are prohibited from attempting at any time to violate the security of the Site. HIDENET.COM reserves the right, but is not required, to monitor all use of the Site in accordance with the Privacy Policy. HIDENET.COM reserves the right in its discretion to block access to the Site by any User including as a result of a User’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or for non-payment of fees.

13. Retention of Data
All data submitted to HIDENET.COM will be stored on our secure servers as noted in Article 3 of our Privacy Policy. HIDENET.COM will keep the information stored in your account on its servers as long as your account is maintained in good standing and, in the event of or non-renewal or termination of your subscription, for the time period applicable in the circumstances. All data submitted to HIDENET.COM will also be copied periodically to secure back-ups in order to safeguard against loss due to failure of our active servers, and backed-up media will only be used in the event of such a failure.
In the event that your account, in whole or in part, is to be deleted, the subject data will be completely removed from the active server and will not be recoverable. The data will remain intact on back-up media and cannot be deleted due to the permanent nature of the back-ups. Back-ups cannot be used to selectively retrieve data. After deletion from our active servers, data is considered completely destroyed.
14. Force Majeure
You acknowledge and agree that HIDENET.COM shall not be responsible for any failures or delays in performing our obligations herein or providing the Site or the Services arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, fires, wars, riots, earthquakes, storms, power failure, typhoons and floods.
15. Governing Law and Compliance with Laws
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Arizona and the United States of America.
