With nearly 20 years of experience at a local newspaper, Mercy's expertise lies in operations, processes, and web management. Her fascination with the hide industry, driven by its diverse and intricate nature, harmonizes with her professional background. Having grown up with a father who worked in the furniture industry, she fondly remembers the joy she found in the smell of new leather.
